A few things worth knowing before you get your hands on something ICONIC.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship apparel and socks to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Home goods, including mugs and candles, are currently available for shipping within the United States only.
To our UK girlies — we see you! 🖤 We're working behind the scenes to get shipping sorted for you as soon as possible. Check back soon!
2. Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all apparel and socks, including hoodies, crewnecks, tees, and socks.
Home goods, including mugs and candles, have an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items take approximately 2–5 business days to produce, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Because everything is made to order, production and shipping times are separate.
4. Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily! Our products may be made at different facilities, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
You'll receive shipping updates and tracking information as your items are dispatched.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking details.
Orders & Returns
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.
If you need to make a change, email us at hi@femaledreamclub.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, damage, or you've received the wrong item, we'll absolutely work with you to make it right.

8. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We want you to love what you ordered.
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email hi@femaledreamclub.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer rights.
9. What if my package says delivered but I haven't received it?
First, check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted the package.
If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification at hi@femaledreamclub.com so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Products & Sizing
10. How do I choose the right size?
Every apparel product has its own detailed size chart, along with fit and sizing information to help you find your perfect fit.
Because our styles vary from relaxed to intentionally oversized, we recommend reviewing the size chart attached to each product before ordering.
A little measuring now saves a whole lot of guessing later.
11. Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent every product as accurately as possible.
Because our pieces are made to order, slight variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
These small differences are part of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Import Duties & Taxes
12. Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Possibly! Depending on your country and the items ordered, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility and may be billed separately by customs or the shipping carrier.
We can't predict the amount, as charges vary by destination and order.
