At ICONIC. by Female Dream Club, every piece is made to order, just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

Where We Ship

ICONIC. currently ships apparel and socks to:

United States
Canada
Australia

Home goods, including mugs and candles, are currently available for shipping within the United States only.

To our UK girlies — we see you! 🖤 We're working behind the scenes to get shipping sorted for you as soon as possible. And for everyone else waiting on us, we're working on expanding our shipping destinations too.

Shipping Rates

We're happy to offer free shipping on all apparel and socks, including hoodies, crewnecks, tees, and socks.

Home goods, including mugs and candles, have an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout based on the items ordered.

If your order includes both apparel or socks and home goods, shipping charges will apply only to the applicable home goods.

All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Production Times

Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.

Because our products are made to order, production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and fulfillment facility. Weekends and holidays are not included in production estimates.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that production and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made to order and may be produced at different facilities, items purchased together may ship separately.

This means you may receive your order in more than one package, with deliveries arriving on different days.

Don't worry — this is completely normal, and you'll receive shipping updates and tracking information as your items are dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

If your order is being shipped in multiple packages, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country, product, and country of manufacture.

Where applicable, these charges may not be included in your order total and may be collected separately by the shipping carrier or local customs authority.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and may vary by order. ICONIC. cannot predict or control the amount charged.

If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid import charges, any refund or replacement request will be reviewed in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Additional return shipping or related costs may apply where permitted by law.
