Made-to-Order Product Variations

Each ICONIC. piece is produced individually upon order.

As a result, slight variations in colour, print placement, alignment, sizing, and finishing may occur between individual products or compared with product photographs.

These minor variations are a natural part of the made-to-order production process and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or misrepresented products under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, and adjust product availability without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to acceptance, successful payment processing, product availability, and verification where necessary.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inaccurate order information, subject to applicable law.

Because ICONIC. products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted.

Order modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed or production has begun.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
